The deadline for orders to be made and shipped out before we closed for Christmas was the 11th December. Orders placed after this date will not be processed until January 2018.
The Tutu Factory closed for Christmas on Friday 22nd December and we will be back in the office on Monday 8th January. No one is in the office during this time. This means no one will be available to reply to any emails and includes Facebook messages. You are not being ignored, we are simply away from the office having a break. We appreciate your patience in awaiting a response and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
Don't worry you may still place an order during this time. Your four week turnaround will begin from the 8th January. Please bear this in mind if you order over the Christmas holidays.
